I chose to go with Bluehost for several of my domains because of the BlueHost uptime guarantee they have in their contract. As opposed to several other discount web hosting companies, BlueHost has yet to disappoint me on its uptime. Over the several years I’ve hosted through Bluehost through their Linux web servers (which are very reliable) have gone down only a handful of times, and Bluehost fixed the issue each time in less than 10 minutes. Can you find better service with any other shared web hosting plan? Unlikely.
